On his home island of St. Thomas, Chef Gavin Kearney is hired to cater a homecoming bash for locals Colin and Barbara Reeve and their daughter Tammi, who's recently returned from college on the mainland. To find inspiration, Gavin travels all over the island, from an inspiring Rastafarian organic farm to the legendary Frenchtown fish market, and from a one-woman "Frenchie" style bakery to a luxury restaurant on a historical sugar mill plantation. Gavin shows us the recipes he's picked up on his adventures and then prepares an extravagant dinner at the Reeve's Villa so "yummy delicious" that it exceeds even Tammi's greatest expectations.
