Dominated by his mother-in-law, man working at a record store dreams of winning a popular lottery. There are others with the same dream: a tourist agent, a man working at a gas-station and a couple whose relationship turned sour and can't stand each other's presence any longer. Some of them do win, and break up with everything around them: relatives, bosses, lifestyles... only to find later that the prize must be shared with thousands of other winners.
