Welder Gino Minnelli is the charismatic singer of the Philadelphia band Dreams. Gino is joined by Phil, guitarist/writer, drummer Weiner and vocalist Martha. Rich girl Lisa, with a powerful voice, joins them at uncle Frank's club.
