20世纪八十年代初，中国政府为了遏制日益增长的犯罪率不断打击犯罪。一次偶然的机会，刚上大学的小军因为跳舞结识了曾经的校园帮派领袖张建强，他的生活也因此开始改变……In the 1980s, the Chinese government launched a severe crackdown on crime.
