I met Hsiao like fate in Tainan, the ancient city of the South, while attending a film festival there. Two seasons have passed since then, and Hsiao and I begin our journey to find the origin of the ‘Drifting Present′ in Kinmen, a Cold War island located on the border between China and Taiwan.
