Years after the show that made him famous 'Captain Pugwash' has ended, cartoon actor Harold Sullivan, is in therapy under the care of Dr Matilda Peacock coping with his 'issues.' When she releases him from her care Harold attempts to regain his former celebrity status by any means necessary.
