Eating the Enemy

Artist and restaurateur Jeff "Stretch" Rumaner travels across the U.S. to seek out invasive species that pose a threat to local economies-and turn the offending animal into a meal at an area restaurant. The premiere features Asian carp, which Rumaner tries to get on a seafood menu in rural Louisiana.
