特奥多拉·安娜·米海(Teodora Mihai)The Belgian-Romanian director was born in Bucharest. She made her documentary debut in 2014 with Waiting for August which won several awards and was nominated for a European Film Award. Her first fiction feature, La Civil, which was developed at the Cannes Cinéfondation and co-produced by the Dardenne brothers and Cristian Mungiu, won the Prix de l’Audace in Un Certain Regard at Cannes. Her second feature, Traffic, won the Warsaw Grand Prix and was Romania’s entry for the Oscars. Heysel 85 is her third fiction feature.
