Gary Lee Cavagnaro，Gary was born September 16, 1963 in Dallas, Texas. The son of Joseph and Frances Cavagnaro, Gary is the youngest of their three sons (brothers Joe Jr. and Richard). Gary attended Highland Park High School where he graduated in 1981.
