Walter Ducloux，Conductor, author, and music director for the Voice of America (1940-1947), educated at the University of Munich (Ph.D), and holder of a conducting diploma from the Academy of Vienna. He came to the USA in 1939, and conducted the Charles Wagner Opera Company between 1940 and 1947.
