阿瑟·艾尔顿,Arthur Elton was born in 1906. He was a producer and director, known for John Atkin Saves Up (1934), Speed the Plough (1939) and Workers and Jobs (1935). He died on January 1, 1973.Cambridge graduate, who worked as scriptwriter at Gainsborough from 1927. By 1929, with the Empire Marketing Board Film Unit (John Grierson), as director/producer of several key documentaries. Film production supervisor for the Ministry of Information during World War II. Later consultant on film to the Danish Government and president of the Scientific Film Organisation.
