Bill Teas，A combat photographer in the Pacific during World War II, Bill Teas was in the same unit as future director Russ Meyer, and Teas and Meyer filmed several U.S. Marine amphibious landings against Japanese forces, under heavy fire; several of their fellow combat photographers were killed during these operations.
