Artie Fielder，Born in San Antonio, Texas, and attended Alamo Heights High School. Expecting a boy, Artie's parents named her in honor of her grandfather. She later went on to attend the University of Texas, Austin graduating 1975. Moved to Los Angeles in 1980 to pursue acting.
