R. Baxter is a Los Angeles, California-based comedian and actor. Wisconsin born and raised, Baxter made a bold move and decided to leave his parents basement and head west. He can often be seen at the Improv and Comedy Store where he is a paid regular. He can also be spotted in numerous television commercials.
