Taylor August Freeman，Taylor grew up in the city of Winston-Salem, NC, where he performed in local theater productions as a teenager. After relocating to Wilmington, NC he appeared in several short films before making his feature film debut in "Blood Done Sign My Name" with Nate Parker. Shortly thereafter he filmed a feature in Virgina, "Blue Ridge" with Sean Gullette.
