Victoria Goulet，Victoria Diane Goulet was born in Edmonton, Alberta to Sarita Gutierrez and John Goulet. Through her father she is a descendant of former pioneering French colonist Zacharie Cloutier. She is a singer, songwriter, model and fashion show producer. Released first album "Dark Ballroom Edition" under the name "VikKtoria" with Earjuice Records in 2009.
