Alfredo Salazar was born on March 17, 1922 in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico as Alfredo Salazar García. He was a writer and director, known for La momia azteca contra el robot humano (1958), La virgen de Guadalupe (1976) and Santo y Blue Demon vs Drácula y el Hombre Lobo (1973). He died on May 7, 2006 in Mexico.
