Theresa Scholze,Scholze comes from a theatrical family. Hildegard and her grandparents Schirrmeister Heinz Scholze were actors. Her mother is actress Sabine Scholze at the Hans Otto Theatre in Potsdam and her father Jürgen May and her four and a half years older sister Caroline Scholze and her husband Thorsten Grasshoff are also in the profession. After graduating from high school in Brandenburg an der Havel Scholze completed training at the University of Music and Theatre "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" Leipzig.
