Lucky Dube was born on August 3, 1964 in Ermelo, Johannesburg, South Africa as Lucky Philip Dube. He was an actor and composer, known for Getting Lucky (1985), Voice in the Dark (1990) and Live 8 (2005). He was married to Zanele Mdluli. He died on October 18, 2007 in Rosettenville, Johannesburg.
