Justin Lee Hogue was born in Cleveland, Ohio on October 20th 1993 to Lisa Hogue-Morrow, a Realtor and insurance agent, and James Robinson. As a child, Justin drifted towards the camera appearing in local political ads and a local children's TV game show.
