Cece Hagen，Cece was born in 2002 in the north shore suburbs of Chicago; her mother, Nancy, a retired attorney, and her father, Dean, a CFO. Cece is quite the mix being of Italian, German, French, Norwegian and Polish descent. Cece spent some of her early childhood years in Hangzhou, China where she attended International School.
