Alfred Desrochers，Poet Alfred DesRochers (also know as Desrochers) was born in Saint-Élie d`Orford, Quebec, Canada in 1901. He is the author of "L`Offrande aux vierges folles" (1928), "À l`ombre del`Orford" (1929), "Paragraphes" (1931,) among other works.Honors include David Price Award in 1932, the Lemay Award in 1974.
