Manuel Rivas Avila was born on February 18, 1913 in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. He was an actor, known for Born on the Fourth of July (1989), Eterna mártir (1937) and Konga Roja (1943). He was married to Clotilde Granados Lizarraga. He died on January 12, 1990 in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico.
