Jan Milligan，The youngest of four siblings, Jan was born and grew up on an old farm in the remote coastal countryside of Cornwall, United Kingdom, to an American mother and British father; of primarily Greek, Russian, Scottish and Eastern European descent. He started playing the guitar when he was around nine years old and pursued music and theatre in college.
