Jeremy D Riggs was born in Shawnee, Kansas to Larry D and Dvonna Riggs, the first of three children. He grew up and attended secondary school in De Soto, Kansas. It was there that he began his interest in acting. During high school he had his first acting jobs in regional theatre.
