Cash Flagg Jr.，Born to Nikolai and Rowena Flagarsky. Nikolai was a diplomatic liaison to the Latvian Embassy from 1971-1985. Of Scottish extraction and spoke several languages fluently, he is now retired. Rowena was a school teacher of Dutch, Hawaiian, and Nigerian descent; she died in 1995 in an unspecified traffic accident.
