Debra Perry，Dee is a native of Fort Wayne, Indiana. An "almost Christmas" baby, born December 28. After graduating high school she moved to Nashville, Tennessee and graduated from Tennessee State University and Meharry Medical College, where she majored in Dental Hygiene.
