Gary Howell，Gary is a life long resident of Keyser, West Virginia. Attended Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Maryland graduating in 1990. He has worked in nearly all aspects of motorsports. He has raced both stock cars and drag cars, built winning racecars, built award winning show cars, and designed racing parts.
