Joseph L. Puente，Joseph Puente was born in Los Angeles, California. He lived there for about six years before moving with his family to Madera County, California in 1980 where he lived in the towns of Coarsegold and Oakhurst respectively until 1989 when he moved to Mt. Pleasant, Utah.
