Bill Anson，Composer, songwriter and author. He joined ASCAP in 1950 and wrote "When I Write My Song"; "The Loveliness of You"; "Some Things Will Never Change"; "How Coould We Ever Have Been Strangers?"; and "I Got a Frame Without a Picture".
