肯特·桑德森，Born in New York City, Sanderson grew up in nearby suburb Bronxville, NY. After starting to direct shorts while attending the local high school, he enrolled at Tufts University outside Boston to study international relations, but eventually transferred, and graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in 2005.
